Sechs Markdown-Sheets (git, Conventional Commits, Claude CLI, Claude-Config,
Topmost anpinnbaren CheatSheetsWindow.

HeaderActions-Slot).

mika kuns e64d570554 fix(worker): raise SignalR MaximumParallelInvocationsPerClient
Default of 1 serializes every hub call on a connection - a slow one
(GetTicketProjects hitting an unreachable ticket system, 10s timeout)
blocked unrelated calls like UpdateList/UpdateListConfig behind it for
the same duration, making list-settings save appear to hang.

mika kuns 51ee505057 fix(ui): strip CLAUDE_CODE_CHILD_SESSION/CLAUDECODE before every ConPTY launch
Changelog / changelog (push) Successful in 2s
Release / release (push) Successful in 42s
ClaudeDo.App inherits its own process environment from whatever started it
(e.g. a dev/test launch from inside a claude session). Every embedded
claude.exe it spawns into a Mission Control tile then inherited those
markers too, so the child session mistook itself for a subagent: transcript
saving disabled and a degraded startup banner (white instead of orange,
missing box rules). PtyTerminalSession.StartAsync is the one choke point
all ConPTY launches already share for env handling, so clearing both vars
there covers task, ad-hoc, planning, and list-handler sessions regardless
of how ClaudeDo.App itself was started.

mika kuns bd5aa265d1 feat(mission-control): Handler-Run per Knopf abbrechen
Ein "Abandon run"-Knopf an Handler-Panes fragt HandlerRoundState.Get(handlerTaskId)
Panes bleiben unveraendert.

mika kuns a1b20d9f27 fix(ui): report and gate ListSettingsModal load failures instead of swallowing them
BeginLoad's fire-and-forget LoadAsync now catches instead of leaving an
unobserved task exception, reports it via the new ErrorReported event
(wired into FlashFooterError like the other modal VMs), and keeps Save
locked so the failure can't clobber list_config with blank fields.
LoadTicketProjectsAsync's empty catch now reports too; behavior for the
dropdown itself is unchanged.

mika kuns f24654dfb8 perf(ui): show list settings modal before its seven-round-trip load finishes
OpenListSettingsAsync/CreateListAsync used to await LoadAsync (name/agent
config/list_config x2/ticket settings/ticket projects, all serial) before
showing the window -- an unreachable ticket system alone could add a 10s
HTTP timeout to every open. LoadAsync now runs via BeginLoad (fire-and-forget,
mirrors UsageMonitorModalViewModel), the modal shows immediately and fields
fill in behind it.

GetListConfigAsync no longer runs twice per open -- AgentConfigEditorViewModel
exposes the row it already fetched (LastLoadedListConfig) instead of the
caller re-fetching it. Ticket-project loading is split into its own
fire-and-forget step so a slow/unreachable ticket system can't block the
rest of the fields, and its tri-state Save logic now also treats "never
finished loading" like "not available" -- leaving the stored
TicketProjectId link untouched instead of overwriting it with 0. Save/Delete
are gated (CanExecute) on the core load being done, so a save can't land
before the fields it writes are populated.

Not measured with OperationTiming against a live worker in this session (no
running app instance available) -- verified instead via 4 new unit tests
that assert GetListConfigAsync fires exactly once and that a hung/failing
ticket-projects call neither blocks LoadAsync's other fields nor corrupts
the saved TicketProjectId. Before/after OperationTiming numbers and a visual
pass are still open follow-ups.

@@ -15,9 +15,7 @@ Checkliste lebt in `docs/verification-handoff.md`.
Wunsch: Kette visualisieren (z.B.
- **Modal-Bodies unten abgeschnitten — gefixt, Sichtprüfung offen** (Ursache 2026-09-02 verifiziert: `ScrollViewer.

| `WeeklyReportModalViewModel` | Range pickers default "since last standup weekday → today", cached per range. |
| `MergeHelperSelectionModalViewModel` | "Let Claude handle it" picker → [conpty-sessions](../../docs/explore-notes/conpty-sessions.md). |
| `UsageMonitorModalViewModel` | Opened from the usage pill (shown **before** the data loads via `BeginLoad`); gauges are **dynamic** per `UsageSnapshotDto.Limits` row, and the 5h/7d ones carry three draggable stage markers (soft/hard/gate) via `UsageGaugeBar` + the pure `UsageThresholdDrag`, plus a colour-matched legend with a `NumericUpDown` per stage → [usage-monitoring](../../docs/explore-notes/usage-monitoring.md). The **analytics** part (models/tasks/cost) comes from the external TokenTracker export, not from us: without the CLI the modal shows a hint card with an install button (gated on Node ≥ 20) instead of the totals header. The **analytics** part (models/tasks/cost) comes from the external TokenTracker export, not from us: without the CLI the modal shows a hint card with an install button (gated on Node ≥ 20) instead of the totals header. Gauges, gate and throttle are unaffected by it. The modal is **display + threshold drag only** — the PowerUse switch/window/handoff % it used to host moved to Settings → Execution (`GeneralSettingsTabViewModel`), and "Refresh now" is an icon in the titlebar via `ModalShell.HeaderActions` rather than a body row. |
Self-explanatory: `RepoImportModalViewModel` (bulk-create lists from git repos; already-wired
repos disabled), `MergeModalViewModel`, `WorktreesOverviewModalViewModel`,
`UnfinishedPlanningModalViewModel`, `LogVisualizerViewModel` (last 30 min, all levels + a
warn/error filter), `WorkerConnectionModalViewModel`, `AboutModalViewModel`.
`CheatSheetsViewModel` backs the modeless `CheatSheetsWindow` (Help → Cheat Sheets): content is
markdown under `Assets/CheatSheets/*.md` as **EmbeddedResource** (not `AvaloniaResource` —
`AssetLoader` throws without an initialized Avalonia app, which would make the VM unconstructible
in tests), rendered through `MarkdownView`, with a `Topmost` pin so it can sit docked beside the
shell. A new sheet = a new `.md` file + its key in `CheatSheetsViewModel.Keys` (+ a menu entry if
it should be directly reachable). `MarkdownView` has no table/fenced-code support, so sheets are
bullet lists with inline code — rendered via its opt-in `CommandRows` property, which turns a
`` `command` — description `` bullet into a mono chip + copy button + description and wraps each
`##` section in a collapsible `Expander` (blocks are added to the open section's panel, not to the
host). The flag is opt-in because the other three `MarkdownView` call sites (prompt-file viewer,
weekly report, task-description preview) render prose where copy buttons would be noise.
