+and this project adheres to [Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html).
+Versions are derived from git tags (`vX.Y.Z`) via MinVer.

+  their `Loc.LanguageChanged`, worker-event, and timer subscriptions, fixing
