Wire TasksIslandViewModel to TaskUpdated/WorktreeUpdated/TaskMessage worker events so rows refresh without a full reload; add ForegroundHelper to permit wt.exe to take foreground on planning launch; misc UI polish on lists, task rows and settings modal.
