mika kuns a76788a5b9 refactor(prompts): drop harness duplicates and maintainer notes from bundled prompts 
- system.md: remove read-before-edit / prefer-editing / no-restating-comments
  (enforced by the Edit tool and stated by the Claude Code system prompt)
- improvement-child.md: stop restating the Finishing rules system.md already
  carries in the same session
- merge-helper-wait.md: drop the MaxParallelExecutions history note
- merge-helper-triage.md: read the handoff cap via get_handoff_status instead
  of assuming two rounds; shorten the handoff explanation
- merge-helper-merge.md: replace the German quote with the rule it refers to
- power-use.md: drop the get_handoff_status instruction now that triage does it

Owned windows are pinned above their owner by Windows, so the main window
could never come to the front. Show() without an owner and centre manually.

Cursor inherits down the visual tree, so buttons in the draggable pane header kept the SizeAll cursor.

mika kuns ef5dad2700 fix(worker): batch_get_tasks accept "number" and "id" in fields filter 
batch_get_tasks with fields: ["number", ...] was rejected with "Unknown
field(s)" even though every task DTO always carries id and number. Add
both to KnownDetailFields so they are accepted; BuildDetail already emits
them regardless of the fields filter.

Also add a test verifying fields: ["number", "title"] works and
description is properly excluded.

mika kuns 9da522b0c9 feat(worker): fast-forward finished children into the parent's unit branch 
Planning parents get their own worktree on Queue plan, children fork from the
unit head and are absorbed via merge --ff-only before Done (ff failure -> Failed,
interactive child approve -> absorb instead of merge to the target).
