Folders can now contain other folders, to arbitrary depth, via a
self-referencing parent_folder_id (ON DELETE SET NULL, same pattern as
lists.folder_id). Nesting/un-nesting is drag-and-drop only: dropping a
folder onto another folder's header middle moves it in, the outer
quarters or any top-level/in-folder drop insert it beside a target.
Dropping a folder into itself or one of its own subfolders is silently
ignored. Deleting a folder releases its lists and subfolders back to
the top level, unchanged from the existing list behavior.
ListFolderNavItemViewModel.Lists became Children (object, mixing lists
and subfolders, mirroring TopLevel) so the existing implicit, type-matched
DataTemplates render nested folders recursively without new XAML, and each
nesting level gets its indent for free from the folder template's own
margin. Folders/RootLists/ContainerOf/PersistOrderAsync/RecomputeFolderCounts
now walk the tree instead of assuming one level.

Die oberste Sidebar-Ebene ist jetzt eine gemischte TopLevel-Collection, so
dass eine Liste auch oberhalb eines Ordners stehen kann. DropAsync deckt
alle vier Quelle/Ziel-Kombinationen ab, ReorderSidebarAsync numeriert die
gesamte sichtbare Reihenfolge ueber lists und list_folders hinweg.
Sidebar folders get their own table rather than a flag on lists, so the
places that enumerate lists (MCP tools, move-to-list, queue picker, repo
import) need no folder filtering. ON DELETE SET NULL keeps a folder's
lists alive when the folder goes.
(tri-state, null =
A list working_dir stored as "C:\Dev\Tests\StaplerTracking\" broke every consumer
that puts it on a Windows command line: argv rules read \" as an escaped quote, so
the token never closes. "Open in terminal" passed wt.exe a starting directory of
C:\Dev\Tests\StaplerTracking" and it failed with 0x8007010b; the same data had
already corrupted the ConPTY list handler's arg list in August.
Paths.TrimTrailingSeparator is now the single helper (replacing the copies in
InteractiveLaunchSpecService and ClaudeHelpLauncher) and ListRepository applies it
on Add/Update, which covers every writer: UI create, repo import, hub UpdateList,
and MCP CreateList/UpdateList. OpenInTerminal also switches to ArgumentList so its
quoting is correct regardless of what's stored.

Per-list optional VerifyCommand (list_config.verify_command) runs via
VerifyCommandRunner in the list's working dir right after a successful
merge/continue-merge, before the task is allowed to reach Done. A
non-zero exit or timeout leaves the merge in place but keeps the task
out of Done and reports StatusVerifyFailed with an output excerpt
through MergeResultDto/review_task; no command configured behaves
exactly as before. Merges against the same repo are now serialized
per working dir so a running verify can't be interrupted by a second
merge landing mid-build. Adds the field to the List Settings modal
(en/de localized) and covers success/failure/timeout in
TaskMergeServiceTests + VerifyCommandRunnerTests.
TaskRunner appends attached files (absolute paths) to the run prompt as the
read-only Reference files section. Task and list deletes now remove the
on-disk attachment dir eagerly, and a startup AttachmentOrphanRecovery sweep
drops any attachments/<taskId>/ whose task no longer exists (covers list
cascade and planning-discard paths).
Add MaxTurns to ListRepository.SetConfigAsync upsert branch and
TaskRepository.UpdateAgentSettingsAsync; fix positional CancellationToken
call in ConfigMcpTools. Covered by MaxTurnsRoundTripTests (2 tests).

- Drag-to-reorder user lists in the sidebar, persisted via a new
list sort_order column (AddListSortOrder migration, backfilled by
creation time) and ListRepository.ReorderAsync
- "Open in Explorer" / "Open in Terminal" context-menu actions on lists
- "Clear all completed" button on the Tasks island
- Inline-edit subtask titles (empty text deletes the step) and
click-to-copy task ID in the Details island
- Make modal and planning windows resizable (BorderOnly decorations
with min sizes) instead of fixed-size borderless

Drops TagEntity, TagRepository, and tag wiring across data layer, worker,
and UI. Adds RemoveTags migration to clean up schema.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Fix worker using wrong DB by defaulting to CurrentUser service account
and expanding ~ to absolute paths at install time
- Fix DbContext disposed before fire-and-forget by passing taskId instead
of TaskEntity into RunInSlotAsync, which creates its own context
- Fix ActiveTaskDto property casing mismatch between hub and client
- Move WAL mode PRAGMA before migrations to prevent concurrent lock issues
- Replace FirstAsync with FirstOrDefaultAsync + null guards in tag operations
- Add delete confirmation flow for lists
- Log fire-and-forget exceptions instead of swallowing them
- Broadcast RunCreated event from WorkerHub.RunNow
- Add IDisposable to MainWindowViewModel for event handler cleanup
- Preserve subtask CreatedAt on updates instead of overwriting
- Replace bare catch blocks with Debug.WriteLine logging

Replace raw ADO.NET implementations with EF Core LINQ queries and
ExecuteUpdate/ExecuteDelete for bulk operations. TaskRepository preserves
FlipAllRunningToFailedAsync(reason) signature and keeps raw SQL for the
atomic queue claim (UPDATE...RETURNING). GetByListAsync alias kept for
backwards compat.

Data: TagRepository, ListRepository, TaskRepository (incl. queue selection via
effective agent tag + scheduled_for filter), WorktreeRepository. All CRUD via
parameterized SqliteCommand; enums roundtrip as lowercase strings matching the
schema CHECK constraints.
Worker: StaleTaskRecovery IHostedService flips running -> failed on startup and
marks the result column with a [stale] reason. All four repositories registered
as singletons.
Tests: DbFixture with temp-file SQLite + schema bootstrap, covering
TaskRepository (queue pick via list-tag and task-tag, schedule filter,
transitions, stale flip), ListRepository CRUD + junctions, and
StaleTaskRecovery. 14 tests pass.
