9c1f20f2d9 feat(worker): route standalone success to review and resume on re-queue
Standalone tasks now enter WaitingForReview on success; re-queued tasks
carrying reviewer feedback resume the prior Claude session with that
feedback as the next turn.

ff7c239959 refactor(worker): extract OverrideSlotService and reorganize Worker/Services into domain folders
Slice 5 of the worker state consolidation refactor.

OverrideSlotService (new in Worker/Queue/) owns RunNow, ContinueTask,
and the override-slot piece of CancelTask. QueueService keeps the
queue-slot guard for "task is already running" rejection and delegates
to OverrideSlotService for execution; CancelTask tries the override
slot first, then the queue slot. QueueSlotState is extracted to its own
file.

Folder reorg (via git mv to preserve history):
- Worker/Queue/ QueueService, OverrideSlotService, QueueSlotState
                     (alongside existing waker/picker)
- Worker/Lifecycle/ StaleTaskRecovery, TaskResetService, TaskMergeService
- Worker/Worktrees/ WorktreeMaintenanceService
- Worker/Agents/ AgentFileService, DefaultAgentSeeder

Worker/Services/ folder removed. All consumers updated to the new
namespaces (Program.cs, WorkerHub, ExternalMcpService,
PlanningMergeOrchestrator, all Worker tests).

OverrideSlotService is registered as a DI singleton in both the main
worker app and the external MCP app.

064a903076 refactor(worker/queue): split queue waker and picker, auto-wake on enqueue
Slice 3 of the worker state and queue consolidation refactor.

- Add IQueueWaker / QueueWaker (singleton holding the wake semaphore).
- Add IQueuePicker / QueuePicker; raw SQL UPDATE...RETURNING moves out of
TaskRepository.GetNextQueuedAgentTaskAsync (deleted) and now also filters
on blocked_by_task_id IS NULL and writes started_at on claim.
- TaskStateService takes IQueueWaker directly; the Func<QueueService>
indirection is gone. State transitions to Queued auto-wake the dispatcher.
- QueueService waits via the shared waker and dispatches via the picker.
- Drop explicit _queue.WakeQueue() calls in WorkerHub.QueuePlanningSubtasksAsync
and ExternalMcpService.AddTask. The hub WakeQueue endpoint stays for
  diagnostics, delegating to _waker.Wake().
- Migrate tests; pre-existing flaky AppSettings/ExternalMcp tests untouched.

8823265e5a refactor(worker/state): introduce TaskStateService and route mutations through it
Slice 2 of the worker state consolidation refactor (spec sections 2 and 8).

Adds Worker/State/ITaskStateService + TaskStateService as the single component
that mutates Status, PlanningPhase, and BlockedByTaskId. Each transition is one
atomic ExecuteUpdate with a WHERE filter on the expected source status, so
parallel claims are TOCTOU-free. Side effects (queue wake on -> Queued, hub
TaskUpdated broadcast, chain advance + parent completion on terminal child)
are owned by the service so callers no longer need to remember them.

Migrated callers (mechanical, behavior preserved):
- TaskRunner: HandleSuccess/HandleFailure/MarkFailed/RunAsync/ContinueAsync
- StaleTaskRecovery: bulk recover stale Running tasks
- TaskResetService: status flip (worktree cleanup stays in service)
- PlanningSessionManager.StartAsync: status flip via state, token write via repo
- PlanningChainCoordinator.OnChildFinishedAsync: routes the next-sibling write
through state.UnblockAsync (Slice 4 finishes the rewrite)
- ExternalMcpService.UpdateTaskStatus: Queued case via state.EnqueueAsync

Repo Mark*Async helpers (MarkRunning/MarkDone/MarkFailed/FlipAllRunningToFailed)
are now internal; ClaudeDo.Data grants InternalsVisibleTo to ClaudeDo.Worker
and ClaudeDo.Worker.Tests for the existing repo-level tests.

DI: TaskStateService is registered as Singleton in both the main app and the
external-MCP app; the queue-wake delegate captures sp -> QueueService.WakeQueue
to break the TaskStateService -> QueueService -> TaskRunner -> TaskStateService
construction cycle. PlanningChainCoordinator takes Func<ITaskStateService> for
the same reason; Slice 3 will replace both with IQueueWaker.

Tests: TaskStateServiceTests covers happy + reject for every transition, the
parallel StartRunningAsync claim race, child-terminal chain advancement, and
stale recovery. Existing service/repo tests are updated to construct the new
state-service via a TaskStateServiceBuilder helper. Pre-existing constructor
drift in QueueService/ExternalMcp/PlanningHub tests is patched to keep the
test project building (the surrounding test logic is otherwise untouched).

36484ed45a feat(worker,ui): wire EF Core into DI and update all consumers to IDbContextFactory
Worker and App Program.cs: replace SqliteConnectionFactory+SchemaInitializer
with AddDbContextFactory<ClaudeDoDbContext> + Database.Migrate(). Repos
changed from AddSingleton to AddScoped.

All singleton services (QueueService, StaleTaskRecovery, WorktreeManager,
TaskRunner) and singleton ViewModels (MainWindowViewModel, TaskDetailViewModel,
TaskListViewModel, TaskEditorViewModel) now take IDbContextFactory<ClaudeDoDbContext>
and create short-lived contexts per operation.

Test infrastructure: DbFixture now uses EF migrations instead of SchemaInitializer;
all test classes create contexts via DbFixture.CreateContext().

8c051d8f62 feat(data): add subtasks table, repository and prompt integration
Per-task checklist backend: subtasks table with CASCADE delete,
SubtaskEntity + SubtaskRepository (connection-per-op, async), DI
registration in App and Worker, TaskRunner composes a '## Sub-Tasks'
markdown block into the Claude prompt when subtasks exist.

48e4aabeb1 feat(ui): wire avalonia desktop ui to data and worker
App: build a ServiceProvider in Program.cs (AppSettings, SqliteConnectionFactory,
all repositories, GitService, WorkerClient, all view-models), apply schema, then
hand control to Avalonia. App.OnFrameworkInitializationCompleted resolves
MainWindowViewModel from the container.

Ui:
- AppSettings POCO loaded from ~/.todo-app/ui.config.json (db path, hub url).
- WorkerClient wraps HubConnection with auto-reconnect, exposes IsConnected and
ActiveTasks plus C# events for TaskStarted/Finished/Message/Updated and
WorktreeUpdated; all inbound events are marshalled to the UI thread.
- ViewModels: MainWindow (lists CRUD via ListEditor dialog), TaskList (load by
list, add/edit/delete, auto WakeQueue on agent+queued create), TaskItem
(RunNow gated on connection + status), TaskDetail (description, result, live
ndjson rolling buffer of 500 lines, worktree branch/diff with merge/keep/
discard via GitService), StatusBar, ListEditor, TaskEditor.
- Views: 3-pane MainWindow (lists | tasks | detail) with GridSplitters, status
bar, dialog windows for the editors. Status badges via StatusColorConverter.
- Markdown rendering, folder picker, delete-confirmation, settings dialog and
scroll-to-bottom on the live log are intentionally TODO -- functional
  scaffold only.

Tests: also debounce the FIFO queue test (poll instead of Task.Delay(200)) so
the assertion isn't racy when the suite runs alongside the slower git tests.
38 tests pass.

01235d986f feat(worker, data): add git worktree support and conventional commits
GitService (in ClaudeDo.Data so the UI can reuse it) wraps the git CLI:
IsGitRepo, RevParseHead, WorktreeAdd/Remove, HasChanges, AddAll, Commit
(multi-line via -F -), DiffStat, BranchDelete, MergeFfOnly. Throws with
stderr on failure.

WorktreeManager owns the per-task lifecycle: validate working_dir is a
git repo (throws if not, no DB row written), create the worktree at
<repo>/../.claudedo-worktrees/<slug>/<id>/ (or central root per config),
insert the worktrees row. CommitIfChangedAsync skips when there are no
changes, otherwise commits and updates head_commit + diff_stat.

CommitMessageBuilder produces "{type}({list-slug}): {title<=60}" with a
blank-line-separated description (truncated to 400) and a permanent
"ClaudeDo-Task: <id>" trailer. Slug normalises whitespace + strips
non-alphanumerics. Newlines hard-coded to \n so git on Windows doesn't
choke on \r\n.

TaskRunner branches on list.WorkingDir: worktree path runs Claude in the
worktree, commits on success, broadcasts WorktreeUpdated; failure leaves
the worktree row active for inspection. Sandbox path unchanged.

Tests: 38 pass (12 new). GitRepoFixture spins up a real temp repo with a
seed commit; tests skip gracefully if `git` isn't on PATH.
CommitMessageBuilder fully unit-tested. WorktreeManager covers create,
no-change skip, real-commit, and non-repo failure.

e5038d7e16 feat(worker): add claude-cli runner, queue service, and hub api
Runner stack (non-worktree path): IClaudeProcess + ClaudeProcess spawning the
CLI with --output-format stream-json, prompt via stdin, parses the final
type:"result" line into RunResult. LogWriter appends ndjson to
~/.todo-app/logs/<taskId>.ndjson. TaskRunner orchestrates DB transitions
(MarkRunning -> MarkDone/Failed) and pushes TaskStarted/Message/Finished/
Updated via HubBroadcaster. Worktree-backed lists short-circuit with a
"Slice E" failure message until git support lands.

QueueService (BackgroundService) holds two in-memory slots (_queueSlot +
_overrideSlot) guarded by a lock. Uses PeriodicTimer + SemaphoreSlim wake
signal so WakeQueue() triggers an instant pickup. RunNow throws
InvalidOperationException when override busy; CancelTask cancels the linked
CTS which kills the child process tree.

WorkerHub extended with GetActive, RunNow (translated to HubException
variants), CancelTask, WakeQueue. HubBroadcaster exposes typed push methods.

Tests: 26 pass (12 new). QueueServiceTests cover override-busy,
schedule-filter, FIFO sequentiality, cancellation, plus a FakeClaudeProcess
that blocks on a TCS for deterministic slot-state assertions.
MessageParserTests cover result extraction + malformed/non-result lines.
