Eight public members had no caller anywhere in src: GitService.GetFileDiffAsync,
SubtaskRepository.DeleteByTaskIdAsync, TaskRepository.GetByListAsync (a
backwards-compat alias for GetByListIdAsync) and .GetByCreatorAsync,
WorktreeRepository.GetByStatesAsync, TaskMonitorViewModel.SetPendingQuestion
(a duplicate of the live-event lambda), PrimeClaudeTabViewModel.ApplyFiredEvent,
and StreamLineFormatter.FormatFile. TaskAttachmentRepository.DeleteAllForTaskAsync
was reachable only from its own test; the ON DELETE CASCADE on task_attachments
already covers it. Tests for the deleted members go with them.
Dropped two package refs the platform already provides: EntityFrameworkCore.Design
in Worker (the design-time factory and the migrations live in Data, which has its
own ref) and System.IO.FileSystem.AccessControl in Installer.Tests (net8.0-windows
ships the ACL APIs in the shared framework).
After a merge lands on the target branch, TaskMergeService now rebases every
other WaitingForReview task's active worktree onto the new tip -- but only
when that branch actually touches a file the merge just changed, computed via
GitService.GetChangedFileNamesAsync (both the merge's landed files and each
candidate's own diff). A branch merely behind is left alone. On conflict or
any other failure the rebase is aborted and the branch is left exactly as it
was, with a WorkerLog warning naming the task; a successful rebase updates the
worktree's recorded BaseCommit/HeadCommit and broadcasts WorktreeUpdated.
Persists the merge commit SHA on WorktreeEntity for every successful
single-task and unit merge, and adds a TaskMergeService.RevertMergeAsync
+ revert_merge MCP tool that undoes a merged task's merge via
`git revert -m 1` (never reset/rewrite, since the target checkout is
shared). Rejects cleanly when there's no recorded SHA, the repo is
mid-merge/mid-revert, or the target has foreign uncommitted changes;
a conflicting revert aborts immediately. Also exposes the new
mergeCommit field via get_task_worktree.
Replace raw ADO.NET implementations with EF Core LINQ queries and
ExecuteUpdate/ExecuteDelete for bulk operations. TaskRepository preserves
FlipAllRunningToFailedAsync(reason) signature and keeps raw SQL for the
atomic queue claim (UPDATE...RETURNING). GetByListAsync alias kept for
backwards compat.

Data: TagRepository, ListRepository, TaskRepository (incl. queue selection via
effective agent tag + scheduled_for filter), WorktreeRepository. All CRUD via
parameterized SqliteCommand; enums roundtrip as lowercase strings matching the
schema CHECK constraints.
Worker: StaleTaskRecovery IHostedService flips running -> failed on startup and
marks the result column with a [stale] reason. All four repositories registered
as singletons.
Tests: DbFixture with temp-file SQLite + schema bootstrap, covering
TaskRepository (queue pick via list-tag and task-tag, schedule filter,
transitions, stale flip), ListRepository CRUD + junctions, and
StaleTaskRecovery. 14 tests pass.
