Per-task checklist backend: subtasks table with CASCADE delete, SubtaskEntity + SubtaskRepository (connection-per-op, async), DI registration in App and Worker, TaskRunner composes a '## Sub-Tasks' markdown block into the Claude prompt when subtasks exist.
