Folders can now contain other folders, to arbitrary depth, via a
self-referencing parent_folder_id (ON DELETE SET NULL, same pattern as
lists.folder_id). Nesting/un-nesting is drag-and-drop only: dropping a
folder onto another folder's header middle moves it in, the outer
quarters or any top-level/in-folder drop insert it beside a target.
Dropping a folder into itself or one of its own subfolders is silently
ignored. Deleting a folder releases its lists and subfolders back to
the top level, unchanged from the existing list behavior.
ListFolderNavItemViewModel.Lists became Children (object, mixing lists
and subfolders, mirroring TopLevel) so the existing implicit, type-matched
DataTemplates render nested folders recursively without new XAML, and each
nesting level gets its indent for free from the folder template's own
margin. Folders/RootLists/ContainerOf/PersistOrderAsync/RecomputeFolderCounts
now walk the tree instead of assuming one level.

MergeTargetsDto/MergeTargets bekommen TargetDirty (via HasChangesAsync,
includeUntracked: false). Das Merge-Modal zeigt Warnung + Stash-Retry
sofort in InitializeAsync statt erst nach dem dirty_target-Fehlschlag;
der REVIEW-Block in der Detail-Pane zeigt denselben Hinweis neben
Approve.
lokalisiert.
Out of scope (siehe Task-Beschreibung): die Nachrichtentexte der Dialoge bleiben unlokalisiert.
(Befund F1, docs/test-session-2026-09-16.md).
Variante A: Toggle ist jetzt synchron (reiner UI-State), Persistierung
TaskBlocking

Aenderungen danach wiederherstellt - opt-in pro Merge:
- Approve & Merge: Bestaetigungsdialog
- Merge-Modal: Button "Aenderungen stashen und mergen"
- MCP (merge_task/review_task) wirft weiterhin, kein autostash dort
DropAsync deckt
alle vier Quelle/Ziel-Kombinationen ab, ReorderSidebarAsync numeriert die
gesamte sichtbare Reihenfolge ueber lists und list_folders hinweg.
TaskRowViewModel had its own ParseDiffStat expecting "+12"/"-3" tokens that
`git diff --stat` never emits, so the row badge always showed 0/0. Meanwhile
DetailsIslandViewModel's parser matched only the English words
"insertion"/"deletion", so it broke on a localized git (e.g. German Windows:
"Einfügung(en)"/"Löschung(en)").
Row and detail badge now share one parser, anchored on git's untranslated
(+)/(-) suffix instead of the language-dependent word before it, so it reads
correctly in any locale. Also corrected the Worker CLAUDE.md's branch-name
claim (`claudedo/{taskId[:8]}`) to match the actual full-GUID branch name.
Group C of the operation-feedback batch is fully merged; the two consumers
(DetailsIslandViewModel.ApproveReviewAsync, MergeModalViewModel) now handle
the verifying phase from the generic OperationProgressEvent handler instead
of a separate forwarder event.
Usability-Audit 2026-09-10 found three gaps versus the dependency-chain-display
spec: a Queued task blocked on an unmet task_dependencies edge rendered the same
chip as one about to run, a cross-list predecessor silently dropped the
"after #N" chip, and the detail pane showed nothing about a wait at all.
- TaskRowViewModel gains IsBlockedByDependency/DependencyWaitLabel (extrinsic,
assigned by TasksIslandViewModel like the existing chain fields); IsQueued/
IsWaiting/StatusChipClass/StatusLabel/StatusChipTooltip now account for it
alongside the existing BlockedByTaskId planning-chain link.
- TasksIslandViewModel.ApplyDependencyWaitState computes the blocked flag and
wait label per row; a new RefreshExternalDependencyCacheAsync backfills
Number/Title/Status for predecessors not loaded into the current list's
Items (reusing the already-open DbContext, no new hub method), so
BuildAfterLabel/blocking both resolve a listenfremder Vorgänger correctly.
- New "waiting" chip style (IslandStyles.axaml) and locale keys (en+de);
TaskHeaderBar shows a "Waiting on #N" line bound straight to the same row.
Tests: TasksIslandChainTests (blocked/unblocked chip, cross-list predecessor),
DetailsIslandDependencyWaitTests (new), TaskRowViewModelNotificationsTests
updated for the new notification set.
Data: folder delete keeps its lists (ON DELETE SET NULL), rename patches
name/icon without resetting sort order or collapse state.
Sidebar: grouping on load, folder badge as the sum of its children, both
move routes, and the persisted collapse state.
Drops the LoadAsync/AddRowAsync normalization of a dangling folder_id:
FK enforcement is on for every connection, so the row it guarded against
cannot exist, and ContainerOf already falls back to the top level.
Folders render above the top-level lists, each with its own collapsible
children; tapping a folder header folds it instead of selecting it.
Lists move in by dragging onto a folder header (or onto a row inside it)
and out by dropping between top-level rows or via the context menu.
Creating a folder is a toggle in the New-list modal, not a third sidebar
button: it reduces the modal to name + icon and writes a folder row
instead of the list row the create flow pre-created.
Vorgaenger blockiert.
BeginLoad's fire-and-forget LoadAsync now catches instead of leaving an
unobserved task exception, reports it via the new ErrorReported event
(wired into FlashFooterError like the other modal VMs), and keeps Save
locked so the failure can't clobber list_config with blank fields.
LoadTicketProjectsAsync's empty catch now reports too; behavior for the
dropdown itself is unchanged.
OpenListSettingsAsync/CreateListAsync used to await LoadAsync (name/agent
config/list_config x2/ticket settings/ticket projects, all serial) before
showing the window -- an unreachable ticket system alone could add a 10s
HTTP timeout to every open. LoadAsync now runs via BeginLoad (fire-and-forget,
mirrors UsageMonitorModalViewModel), the modal shows immediately and fields
fill in behind it.
GetListConfigAsync no longer runs twice per open -- AgentConfigEditorViewModel
exposes the row it already fetched (LastLoadedListConfig) instead of the
caller re-fetching it. Ticket-project loading is split into its own
fire-and-forget step so a slow/unreachable ticket system can't block the
rest of the fields, and its tri-state Save logic now also treats "never
finished loading" like "not available" -- leaving the stored
TicketProjectId link untouched instead of overwriting it with 0. Save/Delete
are gated (CanExecute) on the core load being done, so a save can't land
before the fields it writes are populated.
Not measured with OperationTiming against a live worker in this session (no
running app instance available) -- verified instead via 4 new unit tests
that assert GetListConfigAsync fires exactly once and that a hung/failing
ticket-projects call neither blocks LoadAsync's other fields nor corrupts
the saved TicketProjectId. Before/after OperationTiming numbers and a visual
pass are still open follow-ups.
alte ON DELETE SET NULL: geloeschter Vorgaenger = Kante weg = Task wieder
pickbar). BlockedByTaskId bleibt unberuehrt.
- Migration AddTaskDependencies kopiert jede bestehende depends_on_task_id
- QueuePicker gatet per doppelt negiertem NOT EXISTS: kein Task mit 0 Kanten
verschwundenen Task blockiert weiter
BFS ueber den Graphen, faengt also auch A->B->C->A
- blockedReason nennt alle offenen Vorgaenger (External/TaskBlocking, von
ExternalMcpService und TaskWaitMcpTools gemeinsam genutzt)
- add_task/update_task nehmen dependsOnTaskIds; die alte Skalarform bleibt
als Ein-Element-Menge inkl. ""-Clear-Sentinel gueltig
src/ClaudeDo.Ui/ViewModels/Islands/TaskRowViewModel.cs enthält ~107 handgeschriebene OnPropertyChanged(nameof(...))-Aufrufe in partial void OnXChanged-Methoden. Das Projekt nutzt an anderen Stellen den Generator: [NotifyPropertyChangedFor] in DetailsIslandViewModel.cs, ConflictResolverViewModel.cs, AgentConfigEditorViewModel.cs, Installer/WizardViewModel.cs.

"New list" pre-creates the DB row before opening List Settings.
Cancelling or closing that modal left an untitled empty list behind;
CreateListAsync now rolls the row back unless the modal reports Saved.
Also moves the new-list/import-repo buttons up next to the "My Lists"
label instead of a row below the list, and puts Notes above Important
in the smart-list nav order.
Reuses the existing drag-drop move (MoveTaskToListAsync) so the same
running/worktree guards apply — only ListId changes.
Also count WaitingForReview tasks (not Done-with-a-branch) for the
review portion of the status pill, and localize the pill and open-task
count strings that were still hardcoded English.
Shift+Enter did nothing because AcceptsReturn was only set from a style
setter and never reached the box. Setting it on the element is half the
fix: TextBox.OnKeyDown consumes Enter regardless of modifiers and runs
before any bubbling handler, so the split chain would have died in its
place. Enter is now taken in the tunnel phase and Shift+Enter is left to
the box.
Alongside, the notes list stops borrowing furniture it has no use for:
no "0 open tasks" subtitle, no show-completed and list-settings buttons,
and no details pane beside it — the editor spans that column instead of
leaving it empty.

The editor was reachable from one button that only appeared in My Day,
which is how it got forgotten. It is now a permanent sidebar entry next
to My Day and Planned, and it fills the tasks island rather than the
details pane, because a note list is content.
Inside, the date picker is gone: today sits at the top with the capture
box, older days follow as dated groups. Enter in a note saves it and
opens the next one, Shift+Enter breaks the line so notes can be several,
Backspace on an empty note deletes it and steps back up. Deleting also
has a visible hover button instead of only "clear the text and hope".
Agent-written notes carry a marker.

"3 neue Tasks" in Rot
(nextPhase "merge"), kein Triage/Wait davor. Handler-Host-Task wie beim vollen
"Let Claude handle it"-Lauf (HandlerBaseCommit, IsManual).
Delete (row context menu + detail header) now gates on HasInteractiveSession
the same way SendToQueue already does, so an open ConPTY session's claude
process can't be orphaned by deleting its task out from under it.
Row removal (in-UI delete and the delta-refresh path for externally deleted
tasks) now clears SelectedTask via SelectFrom(null, "row-removed") when the
removed row was selected, so the detail pane no longer keeps showing a
deleted task with live buttons.
The DB's global UtcConverter only tags DateTimes as Utc on read
(SpecifyKind), it never converts on write. SetScheduledForAsync persisted
the ThemedDatePicker's Local/Unspecified wall-clock value verbatim, so
QueuePicker's comparison against DateTime.UtcNow fired scheduled tasks late
by the local UTC offset (e.g. 2h in CEST). Convert to UTC at the write
boundary, and ToLocalTime() at the read/compare sites (overdue checks in
TaskRowViewModel/TasksIslandViewModel, the date-picker's edit seed) so
existing scheduled/overdue display doesn't shift.
Existing DB rows hold local wall-clock values mistagged as Utc; no
migration added (few rows, one-time 2h-class shift accepted per the
originating audit finding).
update_task_status Idle/Done, WorkerHub.SetTaskStatus, and the UI's Mark
Done/Cancelled menu items could all force a Running task's status without
going through TaskStateService's guards, leaving its CLI process untracked
and its worktree writes silently dropped. Idle now routes through the
already-guarded TaskStateService.ResetToIdleAsync instead of the repo's
unconditional ResetToManualAsync; Done and SetTaskStatus explicitly reject
Running; the context menu disables both entries with a tooltip while
running. TaskRunner also now logs a warning whenever a terminal transition
(SubmitForChildren/SubmitForReview/Complete/Fail) is rejected instead of
silently discarding the run result. DeleteTask's MCP path gets the same
friendly foreign-key message WorkerHub.DeleteTask already had for a task
with children.
Nine interfaces had exactly one implementation and no test double — they existed
only to be named twice in a DI registration: IFindingsStore, IFindingsStoreLocator,
IPrimeScheduleSignal, IRefineRunner, IWeekReportService, IMergeCoordinator,
IMissionControlPane, IOnlineLoginService, ITaskListFilter. Consumers now depend on
the concrete type; the DTO records that shared those files moved next to their
implementation. IInteractiveLaunchSpecService stays — it carries 54 lines of
contract documentation, which is not ceremony.
IMergeCoordinator in particular had a redundant null object: MergeCoordinator with
a null Handler already no-ops, and every test used the real class with Handler set.
Filtering/ collapses from 8 files to 1. ITaskListFilter and TaskListFilterBase were
a double abstraction over four predicates, with MatchesAsContext => false declared
in both. SmartFlagFilter also compiled its expression twice (its own _flag plus the
inherited Matches cache) — it now uses the cache.
StaticTokenAuthProvider was in src but production uses ZitadelAuthProvider; it is
a test double, so it moves to the test project. Its own test goes away with it.
Eight public members had no caller anywhere in src: GitService.GetFileDiffAsync,
SubtaskRepository.DeleteByTaskIdAsync, TaskRepository.GetByListAsync (a
backwards-compat alias for GetByListIdAsync) and .GetByCreatorAsync,
WorktreeRepository.GetByStatesAsync, TaskMonitorViewModel.SetPendingQuestion
(a duplicate of the live-event lambda), PrimeClaudeTabViewModel.ApplyFiredEvent,
and StreamLineFormatter.FormatFile. TaskAttachmentRepository.DeleteAllForTaskAsync
was reachable only from its own test; the ON DELETE CASCADE on task_attachments
already covers it. Tests for the deleted members go with them.
Dropped two package refs the platform already provides: EntityFrameworkCore.Design
in Worker (the design-time factory and the migrations live in Data, which has its
own ref) and System.IO.FileSystem.AccessControl in Installer.Tests (net8.0-windows
ships the ACL APIs in the shared framework).
ListsIslandViewModel.OpenInExplorer, MergeSectionViewModel.OpenWorktree,
WorktreesOverviewModalViewModel.OpenInExplorer, AboutModalViewModel.OpenPath and
TasksIslandViewModel.OpenTaskWorktree each reimplemented "open this path in the
shell" with their own existence check, launch mechanism and error handling.
Replace all five with the new ShellOpen.Path helper and route failures through
the existing ErrorReported -> footer-strip convention instead of bare catch {}.
SendToQueue, Cancel, Refine, Planning and OpenWorktree each had a CanX property
and a hand-written negation of it for the DisabledReason tooltip, kept in sync
only by a comment's promise. Replace each pair with a private gate method
returning (Can, Reason) so there is one source of truth per condition, and add
a state-matrix test pinning down the CanX == (Reason == null) invariant that
the old comment only asserted.
ListsIslandViewModel and SettingsModalViewModel each re-implemented "does
this list have a linked WorkingDir" with different whitespace handling.
RepoLinkage.IsLinked/IsLinkedInDb is now the single definition; both
callers derive from it, closing the whitespace-only WorkingDir gap where
the Settings modal disagreed with the ListsIsland banner.
Group 1 of the task-row context menu gets a fourth gated entry, right
after "Open interactive session": it opens the task's worktree folder
via Process.Start/UseShellExecute, mirroring ListsIslandViewModel's
OpenInExplorer. Missing worktree greys the item out with a tooltip
reason instead of hiding it, keeping Group 1's fixed length. Failures
report through TasksIslandViewModel.ErrorReported (footer strip), not
a silent catch.
HasNoLinkedRepo on ListsIslandViewModel drives a dismiss-less banner under the
Lists-Island header when no User list has a linked repo; recomputed on load
and after list CRUD / list-settings save. Sharpens the #192 empty-state texts
into one readable chain (banner → no-repo list → repo-linked list) and adds a
line to the WorkConsole review gate spelling out that Approve also merges the
whole unit.
Gruppe 1 (Send to queue, Remove from queue, Cancel execution, Open quick
statt komplett auszublenden. Planning/Schedule wandern in Untermenüs (Mark as
Tooltips genutzt.
Fills the silent gap between Queued and the first agent output: WorktreeManager
now broadcasts a "creating_worktree" phase (before the initial git worktree add
and again for the self-heal retry section) through the existing OperationProgress
channel, and the task row shows it via the pre-existing but unused
ops.worker.creatingWorktree locale key until the next entity refresh clears it.
Confirmed the 2026-08-07 triage finding still holds: TaskRunner already
broadcasts WorktreeUpdated right after WorktreeManager.CreateAsync
(TaskRunner.cs:342-346, :501) -- no second broadcast added there.
RebaseOthersAfterMergeAsync now broadcasts a "rebasing" phase with i/n over the
WaitingForReview branches it checks, so the merge/continue_merge callers stop
showing the stalled "Merging…" phase while the best-effort rebase loop runs
(rebase still runs before the verify gate; a failed rebase still leaves the
merge itself successful). WorktreeMaintenanceService gained an optional
HubBroadcaster to report the same i/n shape per worktree during
cleanup/reset, with no new UI surface (deliberately out of scope). Both
review-action viewmodels now also listen on OperationProgressEvent (which
carries the total that the elapsed-seconds-only MergeProgressEvent drops) to
render "Rebasing other worktrees… (i/n)".
The task-list done toggle (both islands) and RemoveFromQueue wrote TaskEntity.Status
directly via EF, bypassing TaskStateService: no TaskUpdated broadcast, no guard against
a concurrent picker claim (lost update), and no status-based filter. Added guarded
MarkDoneAsync/UnmarkDoneAsync/DequeueToIdleAsync transitions plus matching hub methods
(SetTaskDone/UnsetTaskDone/DequeueTask) and IWorkerClient wrappers; the three UI call
sites now route through the hub with optimistic-then-revert row updates and
ErrorReported on failure. RemoveFromQueueAsync dequeues each queued child individually
through the same guarded path instead of cascading via a raw EF update.
Also closes two hub guard gaps: UpdateListConfig's delete branch now preserves a list's
SerializeOnFileOverlap flag instead of dropping it, and SubmitTaskForReview's Idle/Failed
status gate now runs before either mutation branch so a Done/Cancelled task can't get
committed or stamped and then rejected.
Drei unabhängige Reactivity-Bugs aus dem Polish-Audit 2026-08-20:
1. Description-Autosave überschrieb den falschen Task, weil SaveDescriptionAsync
Task.
IsTasksEmptyRepoHintVisible reads _currentList?.Kind directly, but Kind
isn't itself observed — the NotifyPropertyChangedFor chain only fires
when IsLetClaudeVisible's value actually changes. Switching from a
Smart list to an empty User list without a WorkingDir changes Kind
while IsLetClaudeVisible (and Has*) stay false in both, so the hint
never notified and stayed stale.
wiederverwendet.
Cancel now shows an amber hint + tooltip while a merge drain is in
progress (ShowMergeDrainHint mirrors IsMergeDraining). Continue,
Reset & Retry, Open Diff, Worktree, and Review Combined Diff gain
ToolTip.Tip + ToolTip.ShowOnDisabled explaining why they're locked.
No CanExecute or behavior changed, only added communication.
