Neue Tabelle mission_control_sessions (Migration AddMissionControlSessions), befuellt vom
Sidebar folders get their own table rather than a flag on lists, so the
places that enumerate lists (MCP tools, move-to-list, queue picker, repo
import) need no folder filtering. ON DELETE SET NULL keeps a folder's
lists alive when the folder goes.
alte ON DELETE SET NULL: geloeschter Vorgaenger = Kante weg = Task wieder
pickbar). BlockedByTaskId bleibt unberuehrt.
- Migration AddTaskDependencies kopiert jede bestehende depends_on_task_id
- QueuePicker gatet per doppelt negiertem NOT EXISTS: kein Task mit 0 Kanten
verschwundenen Task blockiert weiter
BFS ueber den Graphen, faengt also auch A->B->C->A
- blockedReason nennt alle offenen Vorgaenger (External/TaskBlocking, von
ExternalMcpService und TaskWaitMcpTools gemeinsam genutzt)
- add_task/update_task nehmen dependsOnTaskIds; die alte Skalarform bleibt
als Ein-Element-Menge inkl. ""-Clear-Sentinel gueltig
The incremental chain was ~31k lines of generated Designer snapshots for a
schema no shipped database steps through anymore. MigrateAndConfigure now
baselines an existing DB onto the squashed id (pre-EF, or history ending at
AddPrimeActionKind) and throws with a reinstall message for a mid-chain DB.
MigrationBaselineTests covers all three paths with a real Migrate().
TaskAttachmentEntity (+config, cascade FK), TaskAttachmentRepository, and an
AttachmentStore that writes files under ~/.todo-app/attachments/<taskId>/ with
a path-traversal guard and a 5 MB cap. TaskPromptComposer gains an optional
read-only 'Reference files' section. Migration AddTaskAttachments.
- Add SqliteForeignKeyInterceptor (DbConnectionInterceptor) registered via
OnConfiguring so every IDbContextFactory-created context runs
PRAGMA foreign_keys=ON, not only the MigrateAndConfigure context.
- DefaultListsSeeder: replace TOCTOU read-then-insert with atomic
INSERT … SELECT … WHERE NOT EXISTS — one SQLite writer lock, no race.
- AppSettingsRepository.GetAsync: catch DbUpdateException on the
get-or-create path and re-read so concurrent startup cannot throw.
- Migration 20260609000000_UniqueListName: de-duplicates empty list rows
(startup-race leftovers) then adds a UNIQUE index on lists.name.
- ForeignKeyTests: verifies ON DELETE SET NULL (blocked_by_task_id) is
enforced on a fresh DbContext with no manual PRAGMA call.

Timestamps are serialized inconsistently across tools. add_task returns createdAt with a trailing 'Z' (e.g. "2026-06-01T13:03:56.1636946Z"), but get_task and list_runs return the same value WITHOUT the 'Z'. This is a timezone-ambiguity bug.
Fix: serialize all DateTime values as UTC with the 'Z' suffix consistently (use a single shared JSON serializer setting / DateTimeKind=Utc). Audit every tool

Drops TagEntity, TagRepository, and tag wiring across data layer, worker,
and UI. Adds RemoveTags migration to clean up schema.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Fix worker using wrong DB by defaulting to CurrentUser service account
and expanding ~ to absolute paths at install time
- Fix DbContext disposed before fire-and-forget by passing taskId instead
of TaskEntity into RunInSlotAsync, which creates its own context
- Fix ActiveTaskDto property casing mismatch between hub and client
- Move WAL mode PRAGMA before migrations to prevent concurrent lock issues
- Replace FirstAsync with FirstOrDefaultAsync + null guards in tag operations
- Add delete confirmation flow for lists
- Log fire-and-forget exceptions instead of swallowing them
- Broadcast RunCreated event from WorkerHub.RunNow
- Add IDisposable to MainWindowViewModel for event handler cleanup
- Preserve subtask CreatedAt on updates instead of overwriting
- Replace bare catch blocks with Debug.WriteLine logging
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Fix sort order regression in GetByListIdAsync (was descending, should be ascending)
- Restore WAL mode pragma (was silently dropped in EF migration)
- Add existing-DB compatibility shim in MigrateAndConfigure (baselines InitialCreate
migration for databases created by the old schema.sql)
- Remove dead AddDbContext/AddScoped registrations from Worker (only IDbContextFactory
is used by singleton consumers)
