Aggregates ~/.claude/projects/**/*.jsonl assistant messages by date/model/ scope (ClaudeDo worktree-or-sandbox cwd vs Other), deduped by requestId (falls back to message.id), with a per-file length+mtime cache so repeat calls skip unchanged files.
