chore(ui): remove IWorkerClient.MergeProgressEvent forwarder

(DetailsIslandViewModel.ApproveReviewAsync, MergeModalViewModel) now handle
the verifying phase from the generic OperationProgressEvent handler instead
of a separate forwarder event.
