refactor(config): consolidate commit types into CommitTypeRegistry

Replaces six scattered "chore" literals across TaskEntity, ListEntity,
WorkerHub, ListsIslandViewModel, ListNavItemViewModel and the inline
commit type list in ListSettingsModalViewModel.
