feat(branding): add app and installer icons

- app: ClaudeTask.ico wired as ApplicationIcon and MainWindow.Icon
  via avares URI
- installer: ClaudeTaskSetup.ico wired as ApplicationIcon and embedded
  as a WPF Resource so WizardWindow and SettingsWindow can reference it
  via pack URI
