test(data): Migration des Legacy-AppData-Verzeichnisses abdecken

Paths.MigrateLegacyAppDataRoot war ungetestet: Verschieben von ~/.todo-app nach ~/.claudeDo, Pfad-Rewrite in den Config-Dateien und der No-Op-Fall.
